Prophecy of Doom

Shadows of time past,
haunts,
dreams of morrow

hollowed today
paves the way
harsh and narrow

Sins of fathers,
Visits,
the graves of the sons
With inescapable candor

Leaves,
An inexplicable sorrow
In the glow of shine-less sun
And a moonless night

  1. The picture posted above this sums up this write..:)
seems like its written for it,but, in a paradoxical realm around it..:)

    Sins of fathers,

    the graves of the sons
    With inescapable candor

    Leaves,
    An inexplicable sorrow
In the glow of shine-less sun

an art with dark hues..well handled..:)

  2. “Sins of fathers,
    Visits,
    the graves of the sons
With inescapable candor” – whoah! I do not believe in the concept but how superbly written! I do not know they give these awards to blogs; if I knew I would give one for this – as the best poetry blog I know.

No flattery there:) I have handled a vast variety of themes over my last half a decade too but your style seems to almost naturally take on everything under the sun and adapt itself to the content. I feel humbled!
